The purpose of this website is to reduce the barriers to close study of the documents which describe the Five Year Plan, and to offer resources related to that study. Almost all of the documents and resources which have been gathered to create this collection are easily available to believers in the U.S., but having them put together in one bouquet surely makes it easier to understand the whole.
