I made these for ruhi book 2 collaborators, but they can be used for any book. They are appealing to teenage girls and useful memorization tools. I encouraged the youth to pop them into their purses and do their memorization when they have little windows of time.I made these simple items with card stock, and inexpensive decorations from a scrape booking store.
The first is an imitation make-up compact, made from cut out circles of coloured card stock, held together with a key ring. Quotes were added to each circle, and a fabric flower and bow glued to the cover. The second is an expandable file folder held together with 2 elastics, with 4 fabric flowers added to the cover. It's pockets will hold recipe size pieces of paper, onto which I added quotes from book 2.The third is a friendship tag made from cut out cardstock and held together with a key ring. A flower is glued onto the cover, and bits of ribbon, and stripes of coloured paper stapled on the inside pages. Each inside page holds a quote and an attractive attribute of the collaborator.
