Yoga - a great way to begin Junior Youth activities!

The junior youth and also children's classes seem to enjoy beginning the classes with a 10 minute stretch/yoga activity.  Think about yoga for your study circle!

I want to learn more about this i am a Junior Youth Animator here in the Marshall Islands.
