Participants stand in a tight circle (shoulder-to-shoulder) and close their eyes.
They reach their hands into the center and join hands with someone who is not standing next to them.
Open eyes and work to untie the knot without releasing hands. D
o this a couple times and then ask the participants to try the activity without talking.
