An art activity to reflect on teaching and consolidation.

• Each person in the Study Circle should trace their feet on pieces of paper.
• One foot is designated as "Teaching." The other foot is designated as "Consolidation."
• On one side of each foot, participants described their current level of confidence and skills for that activity.
• On the reverse side, they described their vision of where they wanted to be.
• The participants can "share their feet" with the group if they desire.
