Purpose

To visualize the principles of Baha'i Education, creating an artistic summary of Unit 1.

Materials

Squares of cloth or canvas. Any medium (paint, texta, fabric, collage, natural materials like leaves/branches, etc.).

Time Period

This activity should take approximately 30 minutes.

Steps

1. Allocate to each person/pair a section from Unit 1.

2. Ask the person/pair to express the Baha'i principle of education described in that section. They can also visually describe one of the quotations in that section. Request that the person/pair write the principle or quote at the bottom of each page (see photo above).

3. Hang up all the papers in order and let the group visualize their collective effort - an artistic summary of Unit 1.
