1. Who are the Tutors/Facilitators in your area?

2. How many of them are actively engaged?

3. In what localities are they engaged?

4. Who are the participants in the active Study Circles/Courses?

5. What books/courses are they facilitating?

6. What Study Circles/Courses have started during the past month?

7. What books/courses have been completed during the last month?

8. Not all participants attend regularly. Which participants can be considered as having completed books/courses during the last month?

9. What are the acts of teaching and service rendered by Study Circles/Courses during the past month?

10. What books/courses are anticipated to start during the next month?

11. What recommendations would you make for up-coming visits and/or training?

12. What encouragement did you offer to tutors, participants and communities during the past month?
